More than thirty years after its original release, the self-titled debut album from American progressive rock band Cairo is finally available on vinyl for the first time. Originally released in 1994 on the renowned prog label Magna Carta Records, Cairo has grown into a cult favorite within the international prog community.

Hailing from San Francisco, the band delivers a distinctly symphonic, keyboard-driven style of progressive rock, clearly inspired by giants like Emerson, Lake & Palmer and Yes. Long compositions, layered arrangements, and virtuosic performances define an album brimming with ambition and craftsmanship.
